Minimum of 35% to be cut from core bsp. Expect SD teams with sister teams in low cost locations to be completely eliminated.

The rumor is that current VP's old team had no status collectors as they did not do any work to report on.
Wonder of the new VP will keep EVERYONE on his previous team ?
Core BSP is always targeted, based on the assumption that Core BSP people can be replaced in India more easily than modem SW people.
