Has anyone transitioned their duties? Our VP Kelley and CMO Sipling don’t seem concerned that all these people are leaving in a few weeks and nothing has been moved over. Not to mention the new teams are from TV and what they did was very siloed. What is everyone doing? Peace out?!?!

I gave all of my work to someone on the new team, met them one day and just started copying them on all of it. No idea how they are doing, but I check email daily and basically just forward everything to other people. They are going to have to deal with it that’s what they get for having no plan.
So called Leadership doesn't give a darn about the minions transitioning work.
Based on past layoffs, Dish will likely cut off internet access to company sites and file repositories early and when least expected so plan accordingly.
