During the 90's and 2000's, people got hired based on skills and attitude. There was plenty people of diverse backgrounds, but we were cohesive since we all had the same work ethic. Everyone was qualified for their roles.
Now that is not always the case. Thanks to DEI, many people are being hired to fill a quota and are not the best suited for the job. Anyone who says otherwise is either benefiting from it, or is delusional.
People should be hired based on Qualification and not based on a Quota.
Stop complaining. Do Better.
