Why do we need so many CAD and DV? CAD never do anything. They alway refuse to fix bugs or improve anything,then why on earth we need them in the first place, Qualcomm’s CAD team is easiest department. DV is useless and way over employed, so many people do the same work, don’t they just click button?

Because cad spends 80% of the time making the flows id--t proof. Unfortunately there are too many id--ts who USE the flows and are always ready to blame cad when something goes wrong.
"Don't they just click button" sic. Good enough to say that you don't fit in the industry and doesn't know anything. No wonder why qc becoming so bad!
DV is the reason why Qualcomm is having successful chips. Strongest in the industry. Wake up kid. Wish they fire designers like you first.
If they had chosen better tools, engineers would step in and do it themselves.
People should eat healthy, exercise and brush and floss two times a day.
