Don’t believe the fake a-s front Ray puts on. He is only after what is good for Ray. If he was so good why would Best Buy let him leave after 20 plus years. Maybe because he they found a way to get rid of him?
He has already paid his college buddy to come up with some selling thing. Isn’t there some kind of policy against that kind of sh-t? What he did is just as bad as what I heard those managers did that got fired.
He’s bringing over almost went bankrupt Best Buy employees because he’s taking care of them and Ray.

I can’t wait for the employee survey to out. Ray will realize who really runs this company. He’s needs to give himself a prostrate exam to find his head.
He is destroying the company Di-k and Ed worked so hard to build in less than a year. But Ed let this id--t come in.
The new service and selling quote is a joke. We've tried this how many times? It's so basic and the fact that we paid some a--hole to come in and sell this nonsense is crazy! Lauren has no clue how our stores run or function, she probablycant fold a shirt, she's just a face. Ray's a snake and I wouldn't trust anyone that brings best buy employees into this culture. When he costs us millions in the next two quarters, he'll hopefully be with out a job. I'm all about change and growth, But this company is not what it used to be and the cracks in quality leadership at the senior level is starting to show.
He did what he did at Best But which is eliminate a ton of jobs and Ed and Lauren probably handed him a fortune to come into DSG for the same reason.
Anyone who buys into the bullsh-t Ed and Lauren sell is a fool. Time to get out.
