Great move! Boeing leadership cares little about the destruction they leave in their wake. Boeing leadership is solely about how much money they put in their pockets.

Looking for another job? Forget that!!
I'm going to keep taking this company for everything I can, for as long as I can.
This money train is the easiest gig I'll ever have.

Yep, Boeing is in a deep hole and they keep digging deeper. Boeing should have stayed a low profit margin engineering company instead of becoming a Wallstreet business enterprise. But nepotism and greed had other plans...

I knew it was end times when they told me in 1998 that PE was no longer allowed on Boeing badges and they created that faux engineering honor fraternity selected by leadership. Figured they were grooming engineering illiterate people for leadership and competent engineers and engineering managers had to removed from the pool...so goodbye Boeing...

Glad I was able to get out at 55 with a pension that isn't dependent on Boeing being around as long as I hope to be. It's sure nice not being in that shithole anymore...

Boeing is a goner. Anyone thinking they will have a future there will be a loser.

Instead of thinking about union contracts, you should be working on finding another career. But that would take some thinking skills and some effort. Can't imagine anyone still working at Boeing is capable of that.

Isn't it interesting that all this management initiated drama is coming out during the last year of the contract?
I bet there will be more to come, so when the lowball offer is presented the company will hope employees will bend over and accept it.

I will complain about the inefficiency of Boeing but deep down I am happy for it since it gives us 10 employees to do a job instead of 3.
