I haven't received a form to sign for the severance agreement. Is that sent out as a QR code to sign after the termination date?

Was told we will receive an email to our personal email on file with the severance details for signature in which we have 45 days to return it signed
Considering they failed to mail the other things they were supposed to, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the severance letter form. Guertin was right when he said at the last town hall meeting that Wall Street believes CVS can't execute. HR failed big time on this. Of course, how can we be surprised that CVS can't even handle a layoff correctly?
I believe the timing is around 30 days before termination date (e.g. 10/21/23). Not sure if the letter will be emailed or mailed, but I would assume the later.
