Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Pepperidge Farm Remembers

Remember when we heard:

“By the end of AOP, you’ll know whether you have a place here. I don’t believe in recurrent layoffs.”

Or when we heard - via email - about his leadership team and any changes up to the point that people were being slotted in left and right?

Or the BU model and how that was optimized for success? And he wouldn’t be changing.

How many times can this man change his mind and disrupt everything before everyone else realizes he’s in over his head and is not going to make you money.

"TK is rubbing his hands in anticipation."

Let's not forget, TK's primary skill is cutting costs, not motivating employees. Whatever he has planned, you can be sure you won't like it (once you see the fine print).

A little more than two weeks until the old severance agreements expire. TK is rubbing his hands in anticipation.

I heard they’ll split the payout of the 2022 bonus in 1/3’s and pay the rest over 2 years, then they’ll also take 2/5 of the 2023 bonus and pay it over 3 years from now. You’ll also be told by end of AOP if you’ll be around in 3 years to earn it all.

I wish we could go back to the days of breathing rarified air, making $20 billion in annual revenue, earning 1.5x*1.5x bonuses and remote working from home after a long day in the office. And knowing my job was secure as long as I badged in daily.

It's not changing his mind - it's lying.
