The Broomfield office has announced hiring at least three more people for on-site duties.
Why would they do that unless they planned on more people being in the office?

The whole thing stinks, I was really looking forward to another Chili Cookoff. Fat chance of that happening now ...
I am not sure why so many people are clinging to WFH or bust. If you lose your job, chances are not that great you find another full time remote job. There are only a few out there, and many more people willing to lose their current job to find one than remote jobs available . I guess you better plan on looking for jobs in non traditional states/towns where VMware presence is low, like Boise Idaho. The Market is going to be flooded with VCX certified people, good luck finding a job.
“ I get emails twice a week bribing me to come into the Broomfield office. I'm supposed to believe they are going to close it?”
Despite the emails do you go?
If not, and most others are like you, why do you think any company will keep it open? It’s a last ditch effort to justify for that office to be kept open.
If the office remains vacant, expect it to be off our list.
Extra hands to probably close the Broomfield office.

Movers
I’m changing my address to Hock’s
I’m changing my address to a PO Box over 50 miles away from the office 😂
Extra hands to probably close the Broomfield office. There is a BC office near by and Broadcom won’t spend more money on office space
Full on NOPE. Will move to keep from working in the office.
It is absolutely no secret that BC want everyone within a 50 mile radius of an office, to work from that office
