Does anyone know if Broadcom has a No-Trade period policy after acquisition? They’ve been through a couple acquisitions. Did they end up freezing AVGO for 0-90 days or so for employee trades?
I’m curious about how liquid my stock may have become with this tender election. Do I want to wait for AVGO conversions in the face of a failing economy, or take a smaller win by selling VMW before the close deadline.
