Unions will be notified 1st qtr 2024. Cali will continue to hire outside techs.
A statement from senior leadership is employees hired this year should be up to speed and a limited number if packages about 10% will be offered. Neb,MN,WI and IL is targeted due to line loss and a lack of government funding.
