I’m hearing 4.5%, as much as they can cut without reporting it. 2023 SA is ugly. 2024 will be slightly better.

when you hired like a banshee but but sales and stock remained flat, travel expenses tripled after Covid... you gotta make up the loss somewhere.. Juniper basically flooded the floor in sales, and now whether your good or not, made your number or not its time for cuts.
