SD employees refusing RTO

Legally, SD employees not going into office at least 3 fdays a week may be fired "with cause" .... Aka reduced or no package. Good luck.

@1hvn+1ouUNFNr 🤣 senior management is busy with their side gigs ... Real estate, property management and don't have time to troll the rank and file on this site. Believe what you want, but the reality is that they hold ALL the cards at this time.

HR can make an arbitrary cutoff .... Less than "x" days since the policy took effect and fire people below the threshold "with cause" and without package

"Also, has productivity and the stock price soared with RTO?" 🤣 ... Clearly you don't like RTO.

Doubt this would be legal, I'm not a lawyer though.they would have to fire everyone who didn't come in. Firing only a subset is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Also, has productivity and the stock price soared with RTO?

Box of donuts if you stay.
Severance and freedom if you go.
Tough choice.

@rei+1ouUNFNr they have already notified the requirement to be on site for 4 days on HR page. Isn't that a notice ? I believe it was announced in all hands as well as email.

Doubtful that will hold without any prior notice.

It’s on HR’s page. And it’s not 3 days a week, it’s 4.
