They never stop. It's constant with this company. Horrible, horrible morale and execs do not care.

We were told not to expect any hiring in 2024. And asking for replacement staff in 2024 will be impossible.
Typically with this environment, there will be a hiring freeze for Q4 2023. Meaning, if your team is running thin now, expect it to continue into next year.

Im being “quiet fired” at this very moment. 100% no doubt in my mind based on the way things have changed in my department just since the layoffs in August. The only thing I will miss about this company is the income.
They are planning Q1 2024 layoffs next week. You got awhile!
