9% is MUCH lower than the rumoured 35-40%....

I am a Europe employee as well. We were just told by the local leader that Europe will be impacted, but they will announce it within the next 2 to 3 weeks after checking with unions, etc. Suspense for the next couple of weeks and top-notch morale!
