Has anyone heard whether or not if people that are being laid off within the next few months, have been notified as of yet?

You never know. In Q1 & Q2 there were close to a thousand employees laid off-no announcements and so many colleagues had no idea there had been layoffs.
More people are going. They will make your lives a living He-l so they can say you neglected your job duties.
Finance town hall has been set up for later this month. It's my understanding that any news like that would be disclosed in that meeting.
