It's time to Leave Nielsen now, No Career scope here.
Company have no moral value, they just talk about Nielsen Value and principle, but its seems its just word for them. no care for employee. hence time has come to decide new path and leave Nielsen.

Good point. I also don't want to miss this severence.
In the end the question is how the market will develop. A lot of privacy projects are going on. On the other hand I don't believe privacy laws can compete with business. In the end the system is all about money.
it’s not a lot of severance unless you’ve been here a long time, and even then it’s capped. If you don’t have a financial support system in place or have reliance on insurance for expensive monthly health needs, you should start looking for work now. I started a few months ago, but tech ain’t hiring except for low balling gigs, or hundreds applying for each job. Just a warning, severance goes by fast & if you get nielsen to agree to a one lump payment, over standard payroll, it’s taxed like a bonus, upwards of 45% (given a few factors). So your two months of severance just became 5 weeks at most.
Leaving is freeing up a spot that will be cut in the next round … so leaving you are saving a layoff. 1:1
