Will there be a large scale layoff of managers this month?

According to Yahoo UPS is whacking management positions. Package delivery companies seem to follow each other's moves. At least Fedex has put in the news there maybe some trimming coming. Ups it appears may not have given warning of cuts coming. Hats off to Fedex for being upfront and truthful. Sad to see any facility close or jobs lost.
