No. Last week it was the PNW that someone said Vena was overheard saying he wanted to close. Vena simply cannot close down an entire state or regional rail industry just because he wants to. The board would let him go very quickly if he tried that without board approval.
There’s a common carrier obligation. That will never happen. Use your head.
