I reviewed the do's and don'ts again and I don't think any rules were broken. How come the link to a discussion area for unionizing Tech would get taken down?

What good would unionizing techs do for the employees? Ask any furloughed employee how well the unions stood up for them-they didn't. When I got furloughed twice the unions basically forgot who I was until I was called back, then they were there with their hands out. It's not like the unions will fight for your job. Those days are in the past.
What does it mean that IT has been rebranded ?
I am not inclined to disagree, but I will say a lot of that has to do with how the Tech department is treated

Oh sorry, I think there is confusion, not Techs (Like CommTechs) but the Tech department, i.e. IT (we have been rebranded)
Certain areas in Tech may be, but from my experience the majority is not.
Techs are already unionized at Up.
