Signify is a money losing waste of capital...will likely be written off to nothing in a few years. Signify would not have survived without cvs' charity.

There will be a review of duplicate positions where one of the duplicate positions will be eliminated
Every merger that has occurred with CVS has had some sort of layoffs within the incoming company.
They are hiring, not laying off. Keep in mind this is a different business model than Aetna, therefore may not be affected at this time. But time we tell.
After Signify is fully integrated within the cvs organization, Signify will have layoffs. It happens with mergers unfortunately.
Signify will likely be autonomous until they start to miss their numbers, then there will be a reorg and old Aetna resources will come in and do a number on you just like they did to CVS
