I thought my managers were pompous di-ks, but the more I read complaints here the clearer it becomes that this is how the middle managers are trained to be! It’s almost unamerican
Very cruel and inhumane company with a weak management team only concerned about protecting themselves.
The only thing that gets me through the day is shooting a bird at every member and every supervisor/management.

Y'all are getting team builders and happy hour? Our boss just has a once a week huddle with us to crack a whip, give vague threats, and tell us our productivity stats are unacceptable.
