Working for this company used to be great. New director nearly 2yrs ago has destroyed the team. Promoted the laziest liar twice. Bring nothing just blags a good story. Love to know what lies he's told to get promoted.

I can only imagine the lies. Its not safe to speak up. Heard this week from a clinician that the lazy one has been telling sites he had no choice but to sack someone when she was made redundant because of professional jealousy.
