I agree WAG will struggle for the foreseeable future but perhaps hiring executives with actual pharmacy/ healthcare experience would be a small step in the right direction.

He-l no! Company was in a death spiral since 2012! Most long term talent gone. What’s left are mostly desperate ppl who have kids and mortgages and don’t have a choice. I know a few that have been there for 30 plus years. Couldn’t find another job. Wag. Not going away any time soon. It’s going to struggle for awhile. Don’t see it getting any better.

From the perspective of the rank and file employee, I don't expect things to improve. If anything, there will be more cuts in a desperate attempt to turn things around . Much of the damage was done before Roz got there. Morale has been in the toilet for years as Walgreens treats its employees like garbage.
