Been hearing fruit company is being very cautious when hiring for manager roles. Hope they don't blacklist QC managers.
Not much poaching going on (except in forest). Also low ball offers compared to the hiring bubble the last few years. Economics of demand and supply.
I don't understand why a company would stretch out layoffs for this long. Leaves them sitting ducks to competitors poaching top talent.
I am amazed when you guys celebrate saying the day is not in September or Oct blah blah, how does it really matter which day?
