I would hope had a set. But honestly the guy can't answer a question in a meeting that he calls in front of his employees. There's no guarantee there. He is not been very good for the facility probably one of the most likable and productive ones. But I can assure you this man will be promoted to a higher job making more money because Commscope will f**** up every time. Mini me doesn't look so bad now.

If layoffs occur, they will be strictly seniority based. Some HR suggested using write-ups and/or performance to select who to lay off, but brass said "CommScope has always done layoffs by seniority, and that will not be changed."

Not sure how they're going to do. I do know that they were looking at ppl with write ups. They might go that way to start and then by seniority.
