I still like my coworkers and I still enjoy what I do. That's exactly why these layoffs and the uncertainty that we're still feeling hit so hard. I envy those of you who don't care whether you're affected or not, but I do. I wish we could go back to the time when layoffs were a rare occurrence and not something we can expect to happen at any time.

How long are u working in Adidas that are u will enjoying it? Time will tell. Adidas is not the same company as it was. Poor leadership and a big mess in supply chain. Cutting lower heads is not the answer but more to check what kind of leadeship do they have
I think this will be a common thing the next years looking at how economy is struggling. Adidas made huge debt the last years and interest rates went through the roof. While layoffs during Kasper Rorsted times were pure cost trimming for efficiency the future financials are about survival for the company. It does not help that our biggest market in China is struggling hard right now.
