What exactly have these positions contributed to anyone's career since ascend? Seems to me they have hardly any say in whatever HR is doing with raises, careers, or promotions, and just piggyback on whatever assets want. Who is leading who? Smh

Clearly to take the blame for each and every mistake the asset leadership makes. How can the asset GM’s and planning have a scape goat without them?!?!?!?!

Clearly the HR department being led by the CAO is running the show. So much for the new organization. Should have just left us the way we were and got in with it.
