Keep hearing water cooler rumors of Chubb moving in office mandate to 4 days. Anybody hearing any different?

If you take a PTO which is not the 1 day you work from home, you have to come into the office and additional day to make that 1 day up because you are to work 4 days in the office
It's no rumor, it's 4 days in the office now
Philadelphia location told we are moving to 4 days mid January 2025.
You are correct...upper management has express the need for hire ups to be in 4 days a week come sometime in September.
I haven't heard anything, but if it happens I'm quitting.
