Camera team is bloated. Not many years ago (4-6) - all of camera team was led by one Senior/Staff manager. Think to yourself

# what is the additional work the team has taken on?
# what is the additional value that the OEMs and OS vendors have taken on?
# what is the number of chipsets that will go away because of Apple using their own chipsets ?
# what is something new that the team has to deliver on?

In general Qualcomm can cut down bloat by 33%-50%. This would will not be more than 20-25%

camera HW should be okay ... if software try to find a new home. Also think if you really want to be in mid management for the next couple of yours.
