Linkedin "Job Offers" can be weird. Some look like real offers but are actually just direct interviews with the hiring manager, so not an actual offer.

Treat LinkedIn as just a communication method. Follow-up in email with actual contracts.

It's a job offer. A friend said he was contacted on LinkedIn with an offer. I was trying to see if others have had similar experiences since he is a bit suspicious about it (too good to be true kind of offer).

If you're asking, its probably not a good sign.

What is a LinkedIn Offer?

Is it a job offer? Is it a job offer prior to interview? Is it a job offer instead of an interview? Is it an offer after the interview?
