Does anyone know what’s the last date off this layoff? Do they have 1 month notice period? Or the layoff is effective right away and they need to leave the bank on the same day?

Raj was not one of the SunTrust good ole boys, so I am not surprised. He wasn't a bad guy to work for.
Who the he-l hired these two from WF? They were paid dearly no doubt. WF might be more screwed up than we are, might be.
It is scary and sad how such big impact is being done without many in org not knowing at all. Ops all hands- did they mentioned of Leaders like Raj are going out immediately or they will continue for some time?
How much impact in operations? Which all divisions of operations are impacted? The operation folks work hard and keeps the clients happy, I hope they don't get impacted hard.

Raj gone? How does employees hear and know these? No media news, no updates in LinkedIn and no internal emails.
The Head of Enterprise Operations and the Head of Operational Excellence cuts make sense, because Truist is currently operating like sh-t (60% efficiency ratio) and definitely not doing so with any level of "excellence."
