RP and his bunch of banchies have until 9/15 to disclose all the dishonest practices with revenue recognition over the last few years.
There is nothing good that can come from this.
The BOD will have to hold someone accountable when the stock tanks and RP may be done.
Altera will also be looming in the background with a new lawsuit.

Saw that. Same group responsible for not supplying mandatory reports, admit to egregious accounting practice & mistakes, called out by another company for fudged numbers, Do you really believe they calculated those numbers correctly? Until they can provide substantial evidence on how they came about these numbers while still failing to provide the accurate numbers from 2020 thru 2023 and what looks to be 2024. Stop sipping the Kool aid. Wait and follow the "record bookings" slug trail and where it leads to before hyping up any numbers reported by these Aclowns.

9/15 eve. Didn't think much about the date but realize now it is Friday. The day poor numbers are reported most, less analyst on the call to question or ask hard, tough questions.
Depends.. that's all I can say to anyone holding stock. Ware your depends. ... Interesting if majority of stock purchased were short sales... what has black Rock and others been doing with their stock shares? Bet they pushed it on unions or other institutions.
What happens to the company? Like if we lose public status. Do we go private? What does that mean?
