New leadership in Corporate has Account Managers uploading all there contacts into SPAM Engine so they can destroy any kind of strategic relationship they have with decision makers and at the same time capture key account contacts before layoffs.

They're just doing what lord Hock wants them to do. What spam engine are you talking about? Outreach, Salesforce, etc.? Not much context here.
