The past few weeks have been stressful with the management tight lipped on everything. I am only getting 1/3rd the emails I used to get in April/May. Productivity has dipped and no one seems to care. Directors and above are busy preparing the hit list. Is this how you run a company? Shame on CA, AP, JT and his bunch of incompetent folks. What has become of this once great company?

It's not noise lol, it's an incoming Dirac impulse!
Management don't care about productivity at this point (no customer demand), but do care about their RSUs. The big incoming layoffs they are focused on will pump up the stock!
I keep hearing this though - the only thing you can do is to keep working and ignore the noise.

Upper management doesn't care a rats behind for productivity right now (regardless of what they may say). If they dont care with all their millions in RSUs prudent thing is for us peasants to not care either.
