If an organization constantly experiences data quality problems, it implies there is likely a faulty, or no, relationship between the data owners and the data consumers.

The lack of visibility and accountability of the data owners amounts to changes being made across the organization with no context on how they impact others.

Because tolerating toxic behavior is an open invitation for your company to be a revolving door and there are more EX DVN employees than you can count and employees don't leave good companies; they leave bad managers.
