Laid off last week. Unable to access my paycheck history in the GSS. Had been employed for 5 years. Why can’t I see my paystubs to download them for my records? Isn’t this illegal?

No severance pay or unused PTO pay either. Guess another 2 weeks.

It is not a law that you have to have ability to download pay stubs. Call HR Direct and I am sure you will be sent them.

I was laid off in February. I needed my W2 and had to call global self service. I think I called (888) 848-3375 first. I gave them my info and they were able to help me.
