With the WARN notices, are they letting the employees know that they are being laid-off or will they just find out closer to that time? Ex. PA doesn't have job titles listed.

Yes notifications by and large have already occurred
Nobody listens this is a major restructure of the entire company top to bottom 20000 is the projected number by January 1st.
Warn notices are by state and should be posted at the Dept of Labor. Example

Google search for something like, "WARN notice 2023 CT". You results for that states dept of labor site and you can then search for CVS Health.

Almost 770 employees in Cumberland and Woonsocket with terminations beginning Oct. 21. Among those, 198 are state residents, and the others are remote positions that report to supervisors in Rhode Island.
Connecticut
521 Aetna employees in Hartford. The layoffs will be conducted beginning Oct. 21. Of the layoffs, 306 employees are based at the insurer's headquarters in Hartford. The other employees work remotely but report to supervisors in Connecticut.

294 employees in Chicago, Buffalo Grove and Northbrook starting Oct. 21.
Florida
288 employees in Plantation starting Oct. 21.

I feel like some states have different reporting requirements. I wish every state was like CT, FL, and RI.
I saw a WARN notice for Texas finally post on 8.23 but couldn’t track down the titles like for the ones in CT.
