how does upper management determine which role is objectively important or not

so many people have the same role and title names and work on different projects, how do they decide which people to terminate

Objectivity is not the topmost priority. Cutting costs immediately is. Have you seen the extent of the drop in earnings?

They use this board for decision making. The higher the posts, the higher you make it to the list. You post any sh-t remotely sensitive and you get the door without package instantly. Just be careful.
