Many know lot of process mgmt team not doing anything. Multi projects not making any revenue. People keep debating n waste time. It high time for business to let go many folks by end of sept and review business. We’re in business not charity. Remember it!!

I’m starting to see things that would suggest people are being told they will be impacted, and to hand off their projects.
It is taking longer than meta because of one simple reason.
- meta layoffs were project based, where as Qualcomm layoffs are based on VPs and senior directors fighting to keep their cliques around
Yes, but why so slow by mgmt team in making decisions?? Unlike meta or other companies our leaders are slow in making decision either ways!!
Very true! Lot of people and resources can be realigned for real projects. When something can be done in low cost, why spend more money on it?
