HR released a guideline comparing intel Hybrid work with FAANG to ask more days in office. I wish head of HR and management would compare salaries and RSUs too.

So when will we be asked to RTO?
If Intel was successful it could afford to pay the employees more. However, Intel is a dinosaur company and is in decline.
If you think you have great skills and are underpaid, then you can vote with your feet by getting a job somewhere else.
HR is smart enough to know this. They are pretty good at figuring out your worth and not overpaying you.
