Is there any indication on the VMw>BC salary/package mapping? It seems widely accepted that most VMw roles are elevated by comparison with BC colleagues but are those who survive the coming months likely to experience a drop/rise in package?

@tam+1ojWkA11 , thanks for sharing! What’s the percentage of RSUs you get annually- I heard 150% of base pay?
And are there cash bonuses as well?
BRCM person here, was formerly at CA and a first line manager. Generally speaking the "hit" was in title only. Former VP's were made Directors, Sr Director made Sr Manager and so on. Nobody on my team had a compensation hit. As others have said the comp package here is very compelling. At least for ex-CA people the current situation is quite good as we're experiencing 4x tranches vesting quarterly....
