Why are some of you trying to convince people to quit? Will you get a bonus or something if you manage to save the company a bunch of money in unpaid severance? Is that what's going on here? I honestly don't understand some of you. How about you just start minding your own business?

Because many people won’t have enough tenure to benefit from a decent severance and then will be out of luck in a weak job market. Obviously people why many many years will wait it out. Are you being motivated to keep people hanging and vulnerable?
Reek of fear, or joy. Either way, they'll sniff your butt. I mean, sniff you out
Exactly! Too scared and lazy to search for a better job.
Apathy validated, over and over again. You do realize the first people to be fired will be those signalling that they're desperately waiting for their severance windfall. You reek of fear. You're making it way too easy for the BC team to single you out for termination.
Exactly! Doesn’t make sense to lose severance/retention/very lucrative transitional roles at BC with 150% pay + RSUs.
The only people I want to leave are the ones moaning how cr-p the company is. If you hate it so much then yes, leave. You get paid for a job and unless you do the job you get paid for you may as well fu-k off.
A company is only as good as its people. Trash employees = trash company
Before getting to employees, let’s talk about trash leaders…
What time is the Hock’s garbage pickup schedule? I have an old bumbling Indian man that needs to be taken to the curb. He is starting to smell.
"We need weak workers to leave."
Fact: the ones who are fearful always stay to the end, no matter what. It takes courage and free will to act on your own. Your future is your business when you are brave.
Don't let others decide your fate. Good luck in your job search.
And, stop trying to get people to sell the VMW and AVGO stock.

We care about this company. A successful company needs strong people. We need weak workers to leave.
