Placement assistance

I think as laid off and my manager told me I'd be offered help with placement assistance in looking for other jobs. Does anyone know where I'd go to receive this help? The only information I received in the mail was a piece of paper reiterating what my manager told me that I was laid off and my last day would be October 21st. No other information was provided in that "packet"

It should be on the paperwork that was emailed to your personal and work email on the day they laid you off. It is a PDF document.

My manager was let go, same with his boss and I think his boss’ boss. Who then? I’ve only received “the paper.”

Thank you. I'll make sure she has my information. Sure they have a lot of calls to make 😉

The job search assistance is with Lee Hecht Harrison - very reputable and will assist with resume, LinkedIn profile, a job coach, and access to job boards. I’ve received two emails and yesterday they called me. Make sure your manager has your contact information - or check your spam folders. Good luck!
