DI-KS better laid under-performers next

DI-KS needs to look at RVP’, DM’s and Store Managers that are under performing next. The company is full of horrible RVP’s that bully and intimidate people and have zero idea how to lead. There are DM’s in the company that couldn’t be Store Managers for other retailers. Store Managers that are underperforming, can’t make money, act inappropriately, barley leave their office and can’t motivate people. Look there next DI-KS instead of being “Di-ks” and playing favorites at all levels. The good one boys and girls that are underperforming need to go. Not the good or great people that are holding the company up Mr. Stack.

The RVP that was part of the OVR and is now in the Northeast, total steroided out bully that creeps on female associates. Not sure who he has the goods on but how can he remain in role? Guy is not talented but uses threats and intimidation to manage stores. I think Ed, Lauren, Julie and Ray allow the bullying and let him do whatever he wants. Too bad, we have great stores, he is just a poor representative of our company.

OVR kept several DM’s that can’t seem to fix their districts and we dismiss others for whatever reason. When you have a dm walking their stores after 11 everyday, I don’t think we’re getting much accomplished and the results show. Thanks for allowing people like that to have a job and put the rest of us with out one.

Get rid of the managers and directors that make all the money and created a horrible Q2, instead of firing the people under them. Also the consensus seems to be no one was told they were under performing, they were just liked less than other people or targeted by management. Also ageism is real even if you weren’t paid more than 25 year olds.
