Payment side of E&I—past few days have been more strict and rigid metrics than we ever had before, out of nowhere. All of us are stressed. Is this going on anywhere else? Are they quiet firing us? Why don’t they just lay us off?

United is so toxic and stressful. M&R has so many system issues, or the change things with out even letting us know. Which causes us to work on claims longer yet don't adjust the metrics...it's a terrible situation I've almost wanted to ki-l myself
By setting higher metric requirements, they make it harder to meet them. Then they can terminate for job performance, versus a layoff where they have to pay severence.
It's happening in M&R too
What dept is E and I? They laid off many of you. They know you ate scared. Now they are tightening the screws to try to force you to work harder is my guess.
