I’m currently with VMware and I’m using Lyra service which is a service provided for employee psychological well-being.
Some companies call these kind of programs as employee assistant programs.
Does Broadcom offer that?

Whoever the person laughing was, EAP is a common benefit at US companies for decades now. When you need help, you won’t be laughing.

I am not sure if the other responder is a different country, but Broadcom does provide a EAP benefit at no cost. I have not had the need to use it so can't comment on how good the benefit is.
They don’t. You get paid very well, that’s it. No Lyra, Take 1, VMware Foundation etc.
