EUC will be spun off as independent company. Nobody knows it will be merged by other companies in the future, though.

Harman/VMware have partnership going on. Maybe recruiter reached out for that team. Harman buying VMware EUC makes no sense at all.
EUC may costs ~$15B

“seriously, who is Harman”

Look them up. Harman International owned by Samsung. Yes the place that produces Harman Kardon speakers.

But they also do cloud services. Another conglomerate. This is how it works who you sell off stuff. You get dumped anywhere. Sad to see this happen (if true). VMware getting split up like a bi---h

That would actually make sense. A recruiter reached out to me a couple weeks ago and showed the employer was Harman/VMware, which really confused. Interesting....

What's the Source?

The industry analysts forecast changes to VMware and Citrix market share as Microsoft attacks the installed base with Intune Suite offers, plus several low-cost startup offers.

The predicted EUC acquirer is still a PE mercenary that will cut costs and raise prices.
