If they wipe out those jobs do a change ppc and change your code to federal inspector if you sign a blue card in edcs calendar. Specify the reason. Make the hq guys work.

When these knobs show up at your shop, DO NOT fall for the GET YOUR HOURS UP AND YOU’LL BE SAFE nonsense….The little munchkin already knows what shops he’s closing and how many are being laid off…THE HOURS ARE IRRELEVANT….keep working like you you normally do and stay safe….ALSO If you’re still around in 2024 use up personal days and sick time first because they don’t pay those out like they do vacation, you’ll just lose them…

May God help us all to weather storms at Up and to keep our sanity. Pease be still my fellow employees. The money grubbing thieves will reap what they have sown from all their destruction.

Work safe, work slow, and follow all rules and regulations. There are so many defective pieces of equipment on the system it will shut the place down if everyone just follows the rules. Keep records and only say what is necessary. No train is too important, no job is too important, and no task is too important to not be done with 100% safety followed by ALL rules, processes, and/or procedures.

They are wiping out all Lead Machinist and Machinist Federal inspector jobs. Same goes for Lead Electricians and Electrician Federal Inspectors. They are being put back up as regular Electrician and Machinist jobs to save the 25 cents an hour. Pretty much all jobs being restructured at the moment because MSO craft is also taking over all locomotive servicing on Sept 7 at FTW location.
