Q is a great company - you can't find work culture and harmony as better as Q in any other "good" company.
If you work for qcom for 10 years, it is hard to find a job unless you keep improving and diversifying your skills . Many people in qcom even did not change the group, they worked as a skilled technicians.
Most of the status collectors and realtors who work at Qualcomm fall into this group. They are the ones in charge of making decisions and will protect their own. It is the people not the"in" clique that should be worried.
This group will justify their importance, outsource junior engineering jobs and will continue to rule Qualcomm.
